Location: Bangalore
Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Primary Responsibilities:
- Application monitoring and tracking the performance on excel.
- Responsible for commissioning and configuring RMS devices remotely for various integration and updating the Checklist.
- Ensure the installation procedure is completely understood & properly applied.
- Ensure installation on time installation delivery.
- Responsible for creating trouble tickets on Jira for Incident and Task then assigning respective team members.
- Responsible for application Service monitoring on Windows and Linux
- Troubleshoot & resolve as and when problems arise.
- Responsible for health check analysis of hardware production using Microsoft excel.
- Adhere to EHS policies
- Train the new team members on Activities
- Quick Lerner, Self-motivated, confident & excellent communication.
