Smart 5G Pole Monitoring
From the initiation of telecom wireless operations, the technology of telecom network is getting advanced, and the infrastructure required to enable the network is also changing. The latest trend being the smart pole for 5G infrastructure, where the poles carry 5G radio loads to be monitored for power availability. To address this, Invendis has designed an IoT device which will monitor the power availability and power delivery to 5G Radio units.

The hardware comes with a microcontroller which gets connected through peripherals to monitor AC Power presence, DC voltage, DC Current. The controller has GSM 4G onboard and provisions single SIM. The intelligent unit will monitor and alert the user through data sending to cloud through SIM network which is picked up by Invendis platform that opens to a web-based UI to the user. The mobile tracking is also planned which will enable field level users to have the status of each pole in their fingertips.
