Invendis Technologies, an IOT and M2M company are globally known for Telecom Tower Remote Monitoring, Field operations automation, and Energy optimization solutions has acquired "ELTRAC Technologies Pvt. Ltd", an energy meter manufacturing company.
With this acquisition, Invendis will expand its business into energy solutions for industries, utilities, and commercial setups offering its brand of AC Energy Meters, DC Energy Meters, and Multi-function meters. Invendis also specializes in Diesel Generator monitoring solutions. It also creates opportunities for Invendis in smart meter installation across end-user sectors such as residential, commercial, and industrial which is witnessing attractive growth in recent times. It will also lead to the company having an effective supply chain to carry out these functions smoothly.
As per its CEO Mr. Satish Kulkarni, Invendis' Smart metering solutions, which is an essential component in smart city and smart commercial & industrial projects will be central to its growth strategy.
