INVENDIS EMBRACES 5S
In its efforts to bring customer care to the centre and to ensure maximizing stakeholders’ value, Invendis has taken up the exciting journey of Business Excellence.
5S! A concept that was brought in by Toyota way back in 1960s, still holds a lot of relevance in ensuring safety, increased efficiency, and effectiveness. This is key in building WCM (World Class Manufacturing) which we aim to create.
Invendis arranged a company-wide workshop Last Month, wherein the company got together, and took the 5S pledge to work together to take the first of the Five steps (Sort!)
To keep the rigor going, 5S pledge is now part of our daily routine so that it does not end up as a casual forgotten session, but as a culture that every individual lives by, to improve themselves personally as well as professionally.
We are excited to move forward in this direction to ensure commitment towards our core value of “Customer Delight”
