Location: Bangalore
Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating the Incident TT’s post-function verification of services.
- Responsible for providing Technical Support to Internal teams and Customer
- Present Activity Status and TT Status to customers weekly basis.
- Training team members
- Services hosting to production environment (Web Application and Java Application Hosting)
- Communicate with the coordinator when required.
- Coordinate with technicians When required.
- Prepare & send a report on a daily basis to the manager
- Automation of the Activities with approval from the Manager.
