This case study is about one of our customers who is one of the largest independent owner and operator of shared wireless infrastructure. Their portfolio includes over 8,000 towers spread across five countries in central Africa.
Ultimatly, with such large volumes of assets many operational challenges will arise. The two main challenges this customer faced were; field staff management and management of multiple Operations Support Systems (OSS) from different vendors.A smart solution was needed to improve the operations for the telecom wireless infrastructure.
With Invendis vast experience in Industrial IOT and software solutions, Invendis designed and applied three solutions for this customer; Work Force Management (WFM) NOC software that will automate and manage the field staff, Mobile version of WFM to be used by field force, and a central online platform that will integrate the different OSS into a unified comprehensive user friendly platform.
